Working Together 1:1

I work with people who want more fulfilling careers but feel stuck between where they are and where they want to be – asking questions that don't come with clear answers. What do I actually want in my career? How do I lead impactfully but authentically? How do I get where I want to go?

I've sat with these questions myself. I left a senior leadership role after 13+ years in corporate life, built something from scratch without a blueprint, and learned to separate what was genuinely mine from what I'd absorbed from others. This work grows from that ongoing practice of figuring out what's mine to build and having the courage to build it.

The work doesn't follow a template. Through deep, honest exploration, we'll create the clarity and courage you need to choose differently and build something that feels genuinely yours. If you're ready, let's talk.

What brings people to coaching?

People bring a range of experiences to coaching. You might be:

  • Navigating transitions or uncertainty

  • Feeling directionless despite being driven

  • Questioning what you want vs. what you think you should want

  • Ready to understand yourself well enough to choose differently

  • Want to lead more authentically or build work that feels meaningful

Or something else entirely! I like to meet folks where they’re at.

Coaching is a partnership. You bring the context, the lived experience of what's happening in your work and life. I bring curiosity, questions that help you see things differently, and exercises and frameworks from strategy, marketing, and design thinking – whatever serves the work.

I don't tell you what to do. My job is to help you think more clearly about what you're building and who you're becoming – and then find the courage to act on what you discover. Sometimes that means challenging assumptions you didn't know you were making. Other times, it’s naming what you've been avoiding, or discovering big insights together!

We'll create space to be honest about where you are and brave about where you're going. To me, the goal isn't perfection – it’s aliveness.

What does coaching look like?

  • Erica has an ability to meet you where you are while challenging you to explore more deeply. Her creative approach – using visualizations, frameworks, and exercises – helped me discover insights I couldn't access on my own. Through our work together, I gained clarity on what matters to me, became more grounded in my professional identity, and learned to trust myself in navigating decisions and uncertainty.

Sabrina Ku (Operations Manager, Victory Strategies)

  • Working with Erica is like having a wise, gentle guide helping you find a path ahead, one step at a time. Her approach is deeply insightful and practical, and she challenged me to slow down and reflect deeper on my career path. It's clear to me that she possesses an extraordinary ability to understand and articulate one's professional potential. If you're looking to take your career to the next level, you'll love working with her.

Sylene Cortez (Content Writer, Trimark Digital)

  • Erica helped me find my interest areas and the confidence to pursue a new path. She's an empathetic listener and excels in identifying the core issues people are facing, and she provides excellent tools and frameworks to help them overcome their challenges. I wholeheartedly recommend her as a career coach to anyone seeking guidance in their professional journey.

Calla Kennedy (Project Manager, Maka Media)

  • I came to Erica feeling stuck and unsure about my next steps, and she coached me through a mental block that kept me from moving forward. What I loved was how her questions got to the root of what I was experiencing and helped me see my situation clearly. I felt comfortable sharing with her from our first conversation, and I left feeling confident to take action. If you're thinking about working a coach, Erica is fantastic.

Jared Cowher (Media Strategist, VisionPoint Marketing)

  • Working with Erica was one of the best decisions I made to prepare for a pivotal career moment. She helped me feel confident and prepared, and I found her coaching style to be thoughtful, clear, and super supportive. If you're thinking about working with her, do it. You'll walk away with much more confidence and better outcomes!
