Hi, I’m Erica

I'm a former senior leader who spent 13+ years across strategy consulting, brand and marketing, learning design, and team leadership – from edtech startups to advertising agencies, nonprofits, and universities.

Across all of it, I kept coming back to the same questions: How do people and organizations actually grow? Not what growth looks like on paper, but what it takes for real change to happen. I believe workplaces can be spaces for people's gifts and aspirations, not just their productivity – and that interior growth matters as much as external achievement.

That's what my work is about now. I coach people navigating career transitions, leadership challenges, and questions that matter most to them. I also partner with organizations to create spaces where people can do their best work.

My coaching and facilitation style has been shaped by my training through the Co-Active Training Institute: asking powerful questions, focusing on whole-person growth, and turning insight into action.
